Eudaimonia Retreat in Costa Rica
A lot of women secretly wish their life was better. They wish they were happier. They wish they had healthier relationships. They wish they felt like there was more meaning and purpose in their daily life. But, there is a lot that has to get done everyday, so they just keep up with the daily-ness of everything and ignore that little voice that wishes life was a little different.
If that paragraph describes you, mark your calendar for February 16–23, 2024 and plan to join us in the stunningly beautiful country of Costa Rica for an entire week just for you and how you can create more happiness in your life.
You Deserve to Be Happy
Don’t miss out on this retreat! Reserve your place today so you can take the time you need to create the happiness you deserve.
What is Eudaimonia?
Eudaimonia is an ancient Greek word that is similar to our modern day word, “flourishing.” Aristotle used the word, “eudaimonia” to define the two parts of happiness: pleasure and meaning. For a life well-lived, we need both to experience pleasure and to feel as though our life has meaning and purpose. This retreat is designed to help you rekindle pleasure in your life as well as reconnect with the ideas and actions that bring purpose and meaning to you.
Five Days in Nature with Other Women Seeking Eudaimonia
During our retreat, we’ll focus on core values, relationships, boundaries, self-perception, gremlins, personal happiness, and more! It’s five days just for you. Time that you deserve to focus on yourself and what you want out of your life. Five days in one of the most beautiful places on earth. Time that you can simply breathe and rest. Five days for you to take inventory of yourself and decide what parts of your life are worth keeping and what parts you want to change.
